REFUND POLICY

At Advanced Aesthetics Direct (operated by NEW AGE IMAGE LLC), we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of the date you received them.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or personal-use items.

  • Products marked as “final sale.”

  • Gift cards or digital products (if offered).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
