4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns of unused, undamaged Products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Certain items (e.g., opened skincare products, personal-use items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
